Mechanical installation systems in residential projects are among the leading engineering applications that directly affect living comfort, energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability. While PPRC, PEX, stainless steel, and galvanized pipes can be used for clean water distribution, PVC, HDPE, and silent-type wastewater pipes are preferred in wastewater systems. In high-rise buildings, balanced water distribution to all apartments is provided by using booster systems, pressure reducing stations, and water tanks.

FIRE PROTECTION INSTALLATION SYSTEMS

Especially in high-rise residential buildings, residences, and mixed-use living projects, fire safety is designed in accordance with national and international standards.

Fire protection installations operate in integration with sprinkler systems, fire cabinets, hydrant systems, fire pumps, fire water tanks, and fire detection systems. Systems designed according to NFPA, EN 12845, and relevant fire regulations ensure that fire is brought under control at the initial stage.

In residential projects, fire pumps are generally designed with electric and diesel backup units, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the system. Pressurization systems are applied in escape staircases to prevent smoke entry and provide safe evacuation. In addition, jet fan smoke extraction systems can be used in enclosed car parks.

UNDERFLOOR HEATING AND RADIATOR HEATING INSTALLATIONS

Today, especially in new-generation residential projects, underfloor heating systems are widely preferred due to low energy consumption and homogeneous temperature distribution.

In underfloor heating systems, PEX or PE-RT pipes are installed under the floor, and the entire space is heated evenly with low-temperature hot water. These systems can operate in harmony with condensing boilers, heat pumps, and central boiler systems.

In radiator heating installations, panel radiators, decorative radiators, towel radiators, and fan-coil systems are used. Heat distribution is controlled by manifold systems, circulation pumps, thermostatic valves, and automation equipment.

In modern residential projects, energy savings are increased by using smart thermostat systems that provide room-based temperature control. Properly designed underfloor heating and radiator systems increase user comfort while significantly reducing fuel consumption.

AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATIONS AND HVAC SYSTEMS

Air conditioning installation systems are HVAC applications that ensure ideal indoor conditions throughout all four seasons in residential projects. Air conditioning systems are of great importance especially in residences, luxury homes, villas, and high-rise living projects.

In residential projects, split air conditioning systems, multi split systems, VRF systems, central air conditioning systems, and fan-coil based solutions are widely used. VRF systems provide high energy efficiency by enabling independent temperature control in different spaces at the same time.

Copper pipe installations, drainage lines, air ducts, fresh air systems, and automation equipment used in air conditioning systems directly affect system performance. In new-generation residential projects, clean air is provided with energy recovery ventilation systems while energy losses are minimized.
